Center for innovation in QUALITY PATIENT care

The Johns Hopkins Center for Innovation in Quality Patient Care was created in 2002 to facilitate patient-centered revamping of healthcare delivery systems at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Supporting a grass roots model of improvement, the Center helps coordinate the efforts of interdisciplinary teams of physicians, nurses and managers throughout the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions to gather data, evaluate changes, and recommend and implement best practices.

Through Johns Hopkins Medicine Interactive, the Center will share the latest training solutions with hospitals in the US and abroad.

The current catalog includes patient safety related training on Teamwork and Communication, Proper Isolation Techniques and How to Manage Sleep Deprivation among Healthcare providers.

Coming soon, this channel will also offer a complete suite of Patient Safety Solutions, as well as training on Sedation Management and Infection Control.
